Guestbook for Cecil "Sid" Brotherton

Steven and Rita Berry Walker Mn.
Jeannie and family every time I hang clothes on the clothes line Sid got for me( in 1983 when we built our house) I remember how kind Nellie and you all were in our lives. Time goes by so fast, hard to believe we are this old. How blessed to have had Sid as a husband and father for 81 years. Now he's with Nellie waiting to welcome you all into Heaven in God's time. How lucky to have loved and been loved by such a good man. Tears of Joy and Comfort. Love, Steven and Rita Berry

I first met Sid 54 years ago when we both worked at Northern Ordnance. We drove to work together, were in a 500 club, a square dance club and in retirement came to the same RV resort in AZ. He was like a brother to me and will be greatly missed. I pray for God's blessing on Jean and the family.

We extend our condolences to Jean and the family. Sid was such a bright sunny person and a pleasure to be with at all times. We got to know Him and Jean down at Apache Wells RV resort and we had a lot of good times together with many jokes about Minnesoda...sic sic along with the many good chit chats we engaged in. Simply put, Sid was a gentleman of the highest order and his smile filled the place where ever he was.
