So sorry for your loss. I didn't know of her passing until after funeral. God bless her family June & Dick Jensen

Jeanette Smith
Dorothy was truly an awesome and inspiring lady! I only knew her in recent years, as we moved to Palisade, MN in 1985, when my husband became the Postmaster there. I have many fond memories of visiting with her while tying quilts with her at Bethel. She quoted some old poem that she had memorized when she was young that was an excellent inspiration. Everyone there sure enjoyed it and complimented her on it. I sure wish I'd had her dictate it to me and written it down. I enjoyed with her on her 100th birthday. She will be missed by ALL who knew and loved her. Our condolences to her family. May God comfort your in your time of grief. I know you have many happy memories of time spent with her that will help ease your loss at this time. In Christ's Love, Jeanette & Jerry Smith

Ken and Gloria Boyer
Miss Rice was my (Ken's) first and second grade teacher in 1938 & 1939 at Hassman School District 56. She was my all-time favorite teacher and I was privileged to be able to visit with her in recent years. She had a fantastic memory about the years at Hassman. She interacted with her students whether in the classroom or on the playground. She will be fondly remembered.
