Guestbook for MIldred (Rowland) Reinhardt

Mary Ann (Knopp) Hall
Steve, Cathy & Vivian my deepest sympathies in the loss of your mother. Our mothers were friends and our grandmothers were friends. Growing up in Gary SD just across the street from the Rowland home, I remember meeting you all when you would come to visit. I enjoyed the books Mildred sent after our last phone conversation. You could tell she was very fond of her old home town. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this difficult time.

I only “knew” Mildred thru her writings to the Aitkin age newspaper and I will miss her positive optimistic appreciation of animals, nature and the seasons. Really liked your line”it was a good life all the way” What a role model for living life well my sympathies to u all.

Millie was a wonderful teacher to our three daughters and a wonderful co- worker during my teaching years at Rippleside. What a blessing to have her as your mother and grandmother and then as a great grandmother. Peace and comfort from both of us.
